Great news, everyone!

Our association has achieved a significant breakthrough in simplifying the D.C. booklet issuance process. After a productive meeting with Dr. Pooja Desai, MOH, R South Ward, we've secured some key concessions.

The tedious process was initially in place to improve D.C. book writing quality, but it was causing undue hassle for practitioners. We presented our case, and Dr. Desai has agreed to streamline the process.

Here's the new procedure:

1. D.C. booklets will be issued on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 2 pm and 4 pm. 
2. To get a new booklet, please bring:
  A. Your old D.C. book
  B. A request letter on your letterhead
  C. Registration renewal certificate
  D. Omnicuris course certificate (mobile/physical copy)

3. Submit these documents directly on the 3rd floor, Health Department. The MOH or AMO will verify your old book and issue a new one immediately.

This change eliminates the need to dispatch letters on the ground floor, saving you time and effort.Huge thanks to Dr. Santosh Tendulkar sir, Dr. R.M.
